1. Click the File tab.
2. Click Export. ALT + F, EP

5. Select a location to save the Presentation.
6. In the File Name box, enter the name for the file.
7. In the Save as type list, click PDF (.PDF).
Check the Open file after publishing check box if you want the file to open as a PDF after saving.
Click Standard (publishing online and printing) if the document requires high print quality.
Click Minimum size (publishing online) if the file size is more important than print quality.
8. Click Options and select the necessary options.
Set Range of slides to be included in the PDF.
Set Publishing Options.
Include non-printing information.
Set PDF options.
9. Click OK to accept the Options.
10. Click Save.
